Business Process Improvement

This course lays the foundation for how an organization can become world-class. The course presents how to plan, organize, and implement business process improvement projects in the context of manufacturing and service organizations. The instructor will emphasize how to select a work process for improvement, how to organize a team, the roles of team members, how to understand the types of variation in work processes, and how to use common tools that world-class organizations use.
