Building High Morale in the Workplace: Beyond Tips, Tricks and Gimmicks
Every manager and HR professional understands the value of high morale in the workplace. The question is how do you get there? There is no easy answer to this question and we can often settle for the quick fix of programs, prizes and promotions. But do these really work in the long run? All by themselves, they usually don’t and will often ring hollow if that’s our only approach.
The key to understanding positive employee engagement starts with understanding the questions we all
(subconsciously) bring to the workplace. Join us for this half-day presentation where we’ll learn what
these questions are and how skilled management answers them in such a way that high morale becomes the natural outcome.
